The assembly workshop can be divided into several important areas, the main production line body, the sub-assembly line body, the rework area and quality inspection area, and the logistics area! The main line of production is the interior line-chassis line-final line, which may be called differently by each OEM. Some interior lines are called Denso lines or front interior lines, and the final lines are called Final lines or exterior lines. It is basically the same as the installation operation. The subassembly line body is the door subassembly line, instrument subassembly line, chassis front and rear suspension subassembly line, engine subassembly line, tire subassembly line, front and rear insurance subassembly line and so on. The more and finer the sub-assembly line, the higher the configuration of the workshop! The assembly workshop is based on the main production line, and is equipped with sub-assembly lines to realize the entire vehicle manufacturing process.

 

After the vehicle assembly is completed, it enters the quality inspection area, and the vehicle inspection is carried out. The order of inspection application is firstly the content of regulatory inspection, including 360 (panoramic image), tire pressure test-vehicle four-wheel alignment-sideslip-headlight detection-rotary hub detection (high-speed test, horn upgrade)-brake detection-chassis detection ( Exhaust gas detection), then rain detection, the third is static detection (ok line) and finally dynamic detection. The inspection order of each OEM is different, but the inspection content will only increase rather than decrease. New energy vehicles may also add electrical inspections, battery pack inspections, etc. If all the products pass the inspection, they will enter the final inspection——commercial vehicle inspection (PDI inspection). After passing the inspection, they will enter the warehouse area and become finished vehicles, and then distributed to 4S stores across the country for sale and then into the hands of consumers. During the entire inspection process, if quality problems are found, the vehicle will enter the repair area of the workshop, and professionals will carry out repairs, and re-apply for inspection after passing the test. This is the general process of final assembly of the entire vehicle manufacturing.
