The main components of the ground reverse product conveyor

The ground reverse accumulation conveyor is composed of load trolley, track, driving device, tensioning device, slewing device, switch, carriage, stopper, signal generator and other parts.

①Load trolley: The load trolley of the ground reverse accumulation type conveyor is generally a compound trolley. The most commonly used ones are two-model and three-model load trolley groups. The three-model load trolley group includes front trolleys, rear trolleys, and middle trolleys. A small car composition. The individual trolley groups are connected with equalizing beams or connecting rods, and the specific combination is determined during system design. The body of the load trolley is an integral steel casting, which has shock absorption performance. The wheels of the trolley are connected by bolts, which is easy to replace. The wheels of the trolley are integral bearings. The claws are precision cast steel parts and have been heat-treated, so the quality is easy to control and the service life is long.

② Track: The track of the ground reverse product and free conveyor can be divided into three types: load track, traction track and non-traction load track according to its fixing condition. The basic section form of the horizontal load-bearing track, the upper double-channel steel is the load track, the lower traction track is also double-channel steel, and the brackets arranged at certain intervals are connected into a whole. Like the product-free suspension conveyor, the ground-reversed product-free conveyor also has a climbing performance, which can realize lifting changes, so it also has an upper arch and a lower deflection load rail section and an inclined load rail section.

③Roller group slewing device: The roller group slewing device is divided into two types: the load rail roller group slewing device and the traction rail roller group slewing device. The size of the radius of gyration and angle of gyration of the roller group can be arranged and selected according to the structure and passability of the load trolley group.

④ Turnout: If there are multiple conveyors on the ground to form a conveyor system, turnouts should be used to realize the transition between conveyors. There are many forms of turnouts, but they can basically be divided into two categories, one is the confluence turnout, and the other is the diversion turnout.

⑤ The driving device of the accumulative-free suspension conveyor is set in the empty return chain section of the conveyor line, which is the power source of the entire conveyor system. The drive mode is divided into two types: linear drive and angular drive. Because the linear drive has a better stress condition, it is now generally used as the drive device for the accumulation type suspension conveyor chain.

The linear drive device has the characteristics of flexible layout and convenient maintenance. In important occasions, two drive devices can be connected in series. When one drive device fails and needs to be repaired, the other backup drive device can be started immediately to ensure the conveyor system. Continuous operation 24 hours a day.

⑥ Tensioning device: The tensioning device of the product-free suspension conveyor is arranged at the winding-out end of the driving device of the return empty chain section of the conveyor line. The types of tensioning devices include spring type, heavy hammer type, pneumatic type and pneumatic hydraulic type. Four structural types. The spring tensioning device is suitable for horizontal lines; the pneumatic tensioning device is suitable for space lines with little change in line height difference; the weight tensioning device and pneumatic hydraulic device are suitable for various complex lines and various working conditions.

⑦ Stopper: The stopper of the ground reverse accumulation conveyor is driven by a cylinder, and the gate is supported by four rollers to make the movement smooth. When the gate extends below the load track, it blocks the running front load trolley , and lift the lifting paw of the front load trolley to disengage from the push rod on the traction chain and stop.
