Ans: We use imported molecular sieve from USA, and the lifespan is more than 18,000 hours.

2. How long is for the warranty period of the machine?
Ans: We provide 12 months warranty.

3. What is the sound level of your machine?
Ans:We adopt multilayer noise design,and the sound level is less than 60db(A).

4.What certificate do you have?
Ans:Our oxygen concentrator have been certificated by CE, ISO certificate.

5.What's your pricing term?
Ans:We can do EXW, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CFR, CIF and DDP.

7.How to maintain the oxygen concentrator?
Ans:The user need to clean the first and second filter to maintain the machine. And which need to be cleaned one time one week.

8.How to clean the filter?
Ans:Periodicity routine maintenance is required.
On the back of the unit, there are two filters. First foam filter and secondary air suction filter.
Both filter need to take off and clean once a week. You can wash it with soap and water.Be sure to thoroughly dry the filter
before replacing.
