General Information of Amino Acid 80 Powder

 

Total free amino acid powder (free amino acid ≥75%) has been sold to more than 30 countries, and the response is very good. It can be used alone or with NPK and trace elements.

 

The product is a type of hydrolyzed protein, derived from soy bean. the total free amino acid content can reach to 75% ~ 80%.

Molecular weight is less than 1000.

 

It is stable, safe, non-toxic, non-stimulant and easily deliquesce.

Price Difference between Total Free Amino Acid 80% and Amino Acid 50%

 

According to the feed back from oversea clients, many final users are asking about the reason why total free amino acid 80% has such a big gap in price with amino acid 50. since they are all hydrolized by acid. and for the free amino acids are doulbed, but the prices are far more than that.

 

In general, at the begining the product was designed. the questions had already mentioned by G-Teck marketing team. The questions should be answered in 2 ways:

 

1, Material cost, Amino acid 50 is a kind of free amino acid and can be hydrolized both HCL and H2SO4; in which HCL is much cheaper than H2SO4;

2, Liquid production into solid are not general easily be calculated with exact rates:

 

Amino 50:

 

When protein is firstly hydrolyzed by acid into liquid, the amino content is around 15~17%; 

The liquid could be directly be made into amino acid 50:
1Mt Amino acid 50 need about 5Mt liquid, there are some loss during the high temperature and high pressure process. plus the general electronic, manure work, water cost, etc.(let's regard these costs as T).

2, Total Free Amino acid 80%

For free amino acid 80% is produced with more process works, that we need first use high pressure and high temperature equipments to make 15~17% amino liquid into 35%(±2%). in general, 3 Mt 15~17% liquid could be pressed into 35% liquid;plus this step also has cost T with some general cost plus.

Then we comes to the spray drying, similarly, 5 Mt liquid into 1 Mt total free powder. also, in this step also has T cost and some losses of the nutrients.

Amino Acid 80 Powder is a good water solubility organic fertilizer. It contains 75%-80% free amino acid, and13% nitrogen. Amino acids belong to organic matter, and they are small molecules that are easily absorbed by crops; they also have the function of improving the quality of fertilized crops.It will stimulate and regulate the rapid growth of crops, enhance the metabolic function, improve photosynthesis, promote the development of roots, and accelerate plant growth and reproduction.

Except to high content of amino acid, the product also contains 13% nitrogen. Nitrogen is the main component of protein, and it plays an important role in the growth of stems and leaves of crops. Nitrogen is a component of chlorophyll and is closely related to photosynthesis.

 

Application of Amino Acid 80 Powder

 

The product is used in a wide range, from food crops (rice, wheat, corn) to oil crops (rape, soybean, peanut), cash crops (cotton, tea, tobacco, mulberry), fruits (apples, pears, Citrus, lychee, longan, peach, plum, apricot, grape), vegetables (cucumber, green vegetables, lentils), etc. Almost all crops have different degrees of promotion.

It could be used as raw materials or do formulation.


Irrigation and foliar spray are recommended for use;

Dilution rates: Foliar spray: 1: 800-1000; Irrigation: 1: 600-800.
