Copper mesh as we all know have one kind of woven copper mesh.But sometimes for some applications customer will need copper mesh not wovened by machine,they need copper foil material punched and expanded,so customer should use expanded metal machine to produce copper mesh.

The specification of copper mesh produced by expanded metal machine,sometimes the thickness or mesh LWD&SWD similar with other expanded metal mesh.But sometimes if customer choose copper foil as the material,then the copper mesh thickness and mesh LWD&SWD will be very small.For example,thickness maybe only 0.1mm and LWD&SWD maybe only 2.5mm&1.2mm. 

Generally customer use expanded metal machine to produce width under 1m width copper mesh,so customer can choose expanded metal machine JQ25-16.If the copper mesh width smaller than 600mm,then can also choose JQ25-6.3 to making copper mesh.
