1. What’s you advantage?

3. How long is your delivery time?
Generally speaking, for bulk goods,it takes about 3-5 weeks; for samples, it takes about 4-7 days according to different express you choose.
4. Do you provide free samples?
We definitely provide free samples no more than half meter and free A5 size hand feeling sample books together with paper catalog.
5.How about sample freight cost?
According to company policy, for new customer, the first time the sample cost will be burden by customer and we will return the freight to customer by offsetting it in its first order; for regular customer, samples and sample freight are free for them under some conditions.
6. How to confirm product quality with us ?
Before production, we can send you free samples for testing or examination until you confirm it.
During the production, we have QA and QC inspector to control and monitor the whole production process. After that there will be final examination for warehouse entry. In this period, you can assign your own staff or the third part to do spot test.
After production and before delivery, sales person will check every details according customers’ request. In this phrase, the third part examination is always welcome.
7. What’s your payment?
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment.

8. How to solve quality problems after sales?
Take photos or videos of default items and email us the details;
Delivery us the faulty items;
