AGV drive wheels are specially designed to provide traction and propulsion to the vehicle. They are usually made of durable materials like rubber or polyurethane, which are equipped with a tread pattern that increases grip on any kind of surface. AGV wheels are highly efficient and reliable, ensuring a smooth and accurate movement of the AGV.
Wheel materials can be of different kinds, like rubber, polyurethane, and steel. Rubber wheels offer great traction and help to absorb shocks. On the other hand, polyurethane wheels provide good durability and are resistant to abrasion. In cases where heavy loads need to be transported, steel wheels are a great choice since they can bear a higher amount of weight.
1.This special developed polyurethane elastomer for AGV logistics vehicle applications is molded by chemical reaction. The hardness of the elastomer is 90° Shore A, and provides great operating comfort. The low rolling resistance and low walking noise offers, along with the ground protection, high rebound, excellent wear resistance, cutting resistance and high tear strength, makes this a great choice for wheel treads.
2.The wheel body can be aluminum alloy or cast iron. The temperature resistance is from -25℃ to +70℃ and can sustain up to +90℃ for short-term periods. The anti-static version is also available and is resistant to a variety of corrosive substances and corrosion in temperatures from -30℃ to +70℃, though sustaining up to +90℃ reduces the load capacity.
3.The polyurethane tread is cast by chemical reaction and has an outstanding 90° Shore A for greater durability. Along with the low rolling resistance, excellent wear resistance, cut resistance and high tear strength, theres also no traces, no stains and the combination of colors and the wheel cores are incredibly well designed.
