Description

 

Our Hydraulic Lubrication Aluminum Air Cooled Heat Exchanger are all designed by bar plate (plate fin) constructions, this compact design provides high performance cooling and strong capability,  we also chose low fouling non-louvered air fins to ensure the limited air pressure drop and long life use time, the high quality DC motor, Temperature by pass-valve, Pressure bypass-valve, Temperature swich, pressure swich... are all available for your choice.

Necessary parameters for model choosing of Hydraulic Heat Exchanger :

  • Abstracted heat power : heat quantity need to be carried off by the Hydraulic Heat Exchanger​
  • Oil flow: the quantity of oil which directly erter into Hydraulic Heat Exchanger​​
  • Input temperature of oil: the temperature of oil​ which enter into the Hydraulic Heat Exchanger.
  • Cooling wind temperature: the temperature of wind which enter into Hydraulic Heat Exchanger

1. Data necessary to input                                   For example:

2. Calculation of transforming comparative abstracted heat power into heat capability:

ETD [°C]=Toil - Tair
Difference between input temperatures of oil and cooling wind inside the Hydraulic Air Cooled Heat Exchanger​​

ETD [°C]=Toil - Tair = 70°C - 30°C = 40°Cqreq[kW/°C]=Qreq / ETD

Comparative abstracted heat quantity
qreq[kW/°C]=Qreq / ETD = 22kW / 40°C = 0.55kW / °C

 

3. Choose a cooler according to the curve chart of abstracted quantity

According to curve chart of abstracted heat quantity ( in page18 )

Cooling capacity of DET5-4:

=0.61 kW/°C>qreq=0.55kW/°C=> choose DET5-4

Actual heat release:
Q=q×ETD Q=0.61KW/°C×40°C=24.4KW

 

4. Pressure loss

You may find out that the pressure loss is 0.81 bar according to the curve chart

 

5. Calculation of temperature difference between ertering oil and outflowing oil in the hydraulic Heat Exchanger

Calculating formula: T=Q / ( Voil . ρ . Cp )
If there is no detailed parameter, you will need to recheck the

difference in the light of the formula below.Toil[°C]=33×Q[kW]/Voil[L/min]Toil=33×24.4kW/100 L/min=8.1°C
