Pre-sales, after-sales service commitment

1. Pre-sale: free of charge according to customer requirements to develop a reasonable design plan until the realization of customer production expectations;

2. Assign professional and technical personnel to provide customers with free equipment basic knowledge, practical operation, maintenance, troubleshooting training, and customers can also assign technical personnel or operators to our company for free training;

3. On-site equipment installation and commissioning for customers, regular on-site or telephone visits, answer questions and guidance for customers;

4. The machine shall be guaranteed for one year under the premise of reasonable use by the customer. The maintenance work is carried out at the door, and the maintenance response time is not more than 24 hours.
