3. Sufficient thermal power The heating surface area of the boiler is designed with ≥25m²/steam ton, which fully absorbs effective heat, and has low exhaust gas temperature and minimal heat loss, ensuring high efficiency and sufficient output.

It has automatic reset function, a fire observation mirror, and maintenance channels, making combustion flame adjustment, furnace inspection, and maintenance convenient during operation.
7. Convenient inspection inside the boiler The boiler has a manhole on the top and unique handhole devices at the front, rear,and bottom for easy inspection and cleaning inside the boiler.
8. Unique sealing for front and rear smoke boxes The smoke box has a double-opening door, multi-stage labyrinth sealing, and specially made sealing materials with good compressibility, fully preventing smoke gas leakage, and can be reused.
9. Reliable pressure and water level protection The boiler has multiple control and protection systems for pressure, water level, and superheated steam temperature to ensure safe operation of the boiler.

Advanced automatic control The boiler controller uses Siemens/DELIXI electrical components, and has three forms of control:regular type, Chinese-English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with human-machine dialogue remote control. It is highly reliable and provides advanced automatic control.
