Before shipment, we will make 100% test of each product, the test will include the following steps:
1. Power and Wavelength Testing
We will test the signal delivering strength and wavelength, to ensure the signal decoding capacity of the receiver, and the wavelength remains consistent from the transmitter to the receiver.
2. Optical Performance Testing
We will test the module's eye diagram stutus, receiving sensitivity, extinction ratio, wavelength, light-emitting, light-receiving, current and volatage, to ensure the signal quality, stability and reliability of the transmission of each module..
3. Traffic Testing
We will test bit error rate and packet loss rate, to make sure the module meet the standards, and make sure the modules excellent performance.
4. Compatible Testing
We will test the modules in targeted switches to make sure of the good compatibility.
