4. Q: What will You Do if we got damaged products when arrive?
A: We will replace new goods at our cost if the batteries are
damaged when arrive, no charges on your side, please contact us for
images of damage.
5. Q: How long will KAYO 18650 battery packs Last?
A: That depends on many factors. In case there is no abuse, the
KAYO batteries are expected to last 2 to 3 years. Under ideal usage
and storage conditions, we expect 4 to 6 years.
