Introduction 

PVC Fiber Reinforced Hose Extrusion Line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose. It is also named as PVC Garden Hose Making Machine

it is consist of automatic feeding system/single screw extruder/die head/water cooling tank/haul off machine /Braider/Heat Oven/ Winder.

It use electric Parts (breaker/inverter/relay/ and so on) is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It produce PVC fiber hose which diameter range which is from 6mm to 32mm. PVC fiber hose machine is used to produce PVC fiber hose. 

Features

1).Use stainless steel which type is 304.
2).The center height can be adjusted. 
3).Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV;
4).Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder's output
5).Production speeds is 6m/min to 15m/min.
