Description
Lubricant Engine Bottling High Quality Machine Automatic Packing Lubricant Oil Motor Antifreeze Filling is an extremely flexible piston fillers capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or cream with or without chunks or particulates. Automatic linear piston filler is designed for completely automatic, multiple position, inline dispensing of liquids and pastes in volume ranging from 100ml to 5000ml per cycle. Available in 6, 8, 10 ,12 and 16 nozzle configurations to match specific production requirements, Dual lane option is available to increase production by 100% while preserving valuable line space.
Feature:
The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, preventing bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity.
