The principle of Car License Plate Hot Stamping Machine
The essence of Car License Plate Hot Stamping Machine is thermal transfer, which is the process of transferring the ink on the hot stamping film to the license plate through the action of heat and pressure.
During hot stamping, the hot melt adhesive layer of the hot stamping film melts and adheres to the surface of the license plate, while the release agent layer of the hot stamping film melts and flows away from the carrier film substrate, and the ink on the carrier film is transferred to the license plate. The reason why the transfer can be carried out is that the hot melt adhesive generates adhesive force when heated, and the adhesive force of the release agent disappears when heated.
