The instrument is a precision AC energy meter testing instrument, mainly used to test three phase energy meter error on site and measure all various of AC parameters.

Function and accuracy tests of measurement devices in electrical power systems are either prescribed by mandatory standards and regulations or form part of an established quality assurance concept. All types of measuring equipment, such as power quality measurement devices, electricity meters or transducers, can only provide valid measurement values after they have been properly calibrated.


Automated equipment for electricity meter testing. The accuracy of the power and energy reference meter is available up to 0.02 %. The reference meter measures all main and influencing quantities inclusive harmonic analysis and distortion of the test signals.
