AMPOULE WASHING, STERILIZING, FILLING AND SEALING COMPACT LIINE

          

 

The unit is composed of a QCL36 vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine, SZA420/22 airflow sterilizing &drying machine and a DGF (or DGA) series filling &sealing machine. It can be carry out the ampoule processing procedures such as ultrasonic cleaning , sterilizing ,drying, filling, and sealing ,etc. it can be used for the production of 1to 20 ml ampoules.

 

Production process

Water spraying → ultrasonic washing → external flushing → flushing circulating water → blowing compressed air → flushing fresh water for the first time → blowing compressed air → flushing fresh water for the second time → blowing compressed air → external flushing → preheating → high temperature sterilization → cooling → Infeed→ pre nitrogen flushing → drug filling →after nitrogen flushing → sealing → counting

2 Washing quality (clarity): no visible foreign matter such as white block, color block, fiber and glass chips visible to the naked eye, and the number of other visible foreign matter <1/bottle.

Performance features.

●Filtration of fresh water, circulating water and compressed air apply ultra-filtration technology, cleaning water and compressed air, which is conducive to improving the clarity of bottle washing.

●Adopt high power (500W) ultrasonic device with adjustable power to achieve the best cleaning effect.

●The bottles are fed by conveyor belt, and the bottles are discharged by double star wheels (patented).

●Each station has independent water supply and air supply system to avoid contamination of cleaning medium.

●The cleaning of container adopts the patented design of tracking rinsing technology. The spray needle is inserted into the container in a tracking way to rinse, and there is no contact between the spray needle and the inner wall of the container, so there is less pressure loss and good rinsing effect.

●The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed control, PLC control, and the operation mode is in the form of touch screen.

●The machine is equipped with the following protection systems

(1)The water temperature of water tank is controlled automatically and thermostatically, equipped with water level control switch.

(2)The water and air circuit has pressure display and the pressure can be adjusted.

 

(3)When the water temperature is not enough, the water and air pressure is not enough, and the drying and squeezing bottles, the machine can not be started or shut down automatically.

Performance characteristics

●Used for drying, purifying and cooling of the inner vessel of the sealed conveying system. Use laminar flow principle and hot air high speed sterilization process to heat and sterilize bottles, so that bottle autoclaving can get 100 grade purification condition and remove thermogenic effectively.

●Heating zone: Unique air conduction device prevents particles from entering the heating zone.

●Disinfection zone: disinfection is completed within 10-15 minutes, and the disinfection temperature can reach 300-350 degrees Celsius.

●Cooling zone: The container after high temperature disinfection is cooled to no more than 15 degrees Celsius above room temperature under laminar flow protection.

●Patented design of temperature dispersion system ensures uniform temperature distribution in the disinfection tunnel.

●Heating seat uses patented technology hinged openable type for easy replacement cleaning and maintenance.

●Patented technology design pressure stabilization system ensures uniform wind pressure in the disinfection tunnel.

●All fans use frequency conversion speed regulation, wind pressure can be adjusted freely. All purification chambers use patented technology designed negative pressure seal, and no sealing material is needed for the sealing area.

●Sterilization and drying use patented technology designed high temperature high efficiency filter power failure protection device and patented technology designed high temperature fan bearing water cooling device.

●Conveyor belt uses stainless steel mesh with side plates and chain drive.

●Ultrasonic in-situ cleaning device can be added according to user's needs.

●With the following protection system.

Sterilization temperature does not reach the set value and the cleaning machine cannot be started. The sterilization temperature is lowered to 100 degrees Celsius and the oven stops automatically. The laminar flow air speed is lower than the preset oven stop. Oven squeeze bottle, cleaning machine automatically stops. Fan control wind speed reaches a certain point before the electric heaters are connected to raise the temperature.

Temperature control uses silicon and non-contact temperature control technology to ensure long service life of the control element and more uniform temperature distribution, and temperature change is controlled within 2℃-5℃.

●Using touch screen operation technology, it displays the air pressure, wind pressure, temperature and fault display of the control point, fault diagnosis and fault analysis and troubleshooting methods.

Performance characteristics

●The gas is liquefied petroleum gas or city gas.

●The cam design combined with computer simulation and geometric analysis which makes the ampoule intersection between the screw, the sector block and the walking beam fit accurately, with very little bottle breakage and almost zero bottle breakage rate.

●The infeed screw is made of poly-formaldehyde material.

●The movable track designed by the patented technology is adopted when the ampoule is rotated and heated to ensure the ampoule is heated evenly and the sealing is beautiful and smooth.

●The filling and sealing machine adopts the patented technology of stainless steel burning nozzle, which can be widely applied to all kinds of Liquefied petroleum gas without corrosion, blockage and full burning.

●The drive spindle of the filling and sealing machine and the rotary bottle drive shaft are imported chrome plated shafts with high hardness, made of high chromium bearing steel, with good strength, no deformation and corrosion resistance.

●The bottle discharging device adopts replaceable, wear-resistant, highly elastic, plastic shrapnel made of polymer material.

●The specification parts adopt pin positioning technology, which makes the replacement of specification parts accurate, convenient and quick in positioning.

●All the transmission cams and other key parts are processed by digital milling.
