The prefab housing is a modular building product based on a steel frame and lightweight wall panel structure system. The product consists of a top frame, a bottom frame, corner posts and 14 interchangeable wall panels, which can be packaged and packaged for land or sea transportation. (1) Various combinations It can be used in a single box or combined in multiple directions, and can be stacked in 3 layers. (2) Flexible transportation There are three modes of transportation: FCL, flat packing, and container. Customers can choose freely according to their needs. (3) Low transportation cost After flattening and packing, every 4 sets are equivalent to the size of a standard 20' container, which can save 3/4 of the freight; one 40-foot ISO high container can load 6 packing boxes. (4) High degree of prefabrication The circuit is pre-installed in the top frame and wall panel, the drain pipe is pre-installed in the bottom frame, and the doors and windows are pre-installed in the wall panel, which can greatly reduce the construction period on site. Usually 4 workers can complete the installation of a single box in 3 hours.
