The start-up team of Shaanxi Bingzhi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013 and the company was registered in 2016. It is a technical services company specializing in customized pulp and paper making solutions for paper mills.

Mr Wang Shengchao, the company's general manager, has been deeply involved in the pulp and paper making industry for more than 30 years and has led the development of several paper machine products. The company holds nearly 20 patents.
