Mixed fuel vertical lime kiln (block coal and limestone)generally refers to the lime kilns using solid fuel, including: coke, coal as fuel. The so-called new energy-saving mixed fuel lime vertical kiln refers to the reasonable ratio of height to diameter, can realize the three-sections thermal process of preheating zone, calcining zone, cooling zone. The fuel energy can make full use of, and the whole operation process of feeding on the kiln top and discharging at the kiln bottom is closed, the flue gas is exhausted from the pipeline through the dedust, which achieves the non-pollution emission. From feeding, distributing, material level and temperature detection to discharging all are mechanization or automatic operation and control. The main structure of new mixed-fuel lime kiln is including the
kiln shell, refractory lining, the kiln top charging equipment
(rotary distributor), feeding bridge (or hoist), feeding cart, air
supplying system (fan, simulated hood), discharging device, dedust
device and draft fan.
New environmental friendly energy-saving mixed-fuel lime kiln, its
main advantages are low energy consumption, high productivity, good
quality, and the CO2 consistency of the off-gas on the kiln top is
high, convenient to recycle for producing light calcium carbonate,
by which it will reach harmless, no pollution. Lime transmission
can select the sealing belt without supporting rollers.

Fuel: coke, coal, coal gangue, the fixed carbon content is above
85%, ash content and volatile is better to below 5%
Limestone size: 30-60; 40-80; 50-100mm, particle diameter ratio is
within 1: 2.
Heat consumption: 0.10-0.12kg coal/kg lime
Lime quality: the activity 250ml, the rate of under-burnt and
over-burnt less than 15%, LOI less than 7%
