Usage
The belt ensure reliable transport at the highest capacities and supply ultimate service life and utilisation. They are widely used in heavy duty mining applications, as well as industrial environments where reliable performance and availability are key.
Characteristics
Benefit
1.Heavy duty conditions
2.Highest transport capacities
3.Long centre distances
4.High nominal belt strength requirements
Technical Details
1.Highest nominal belt strengths available for our belts (7500 N/mm and above)
2.Lowest belt elongation in operation, allowing long single flight conveyors with short take-up lengths
3.High transverse elasticity, providing excellent troughability
4.High dynamic splice strength and durability
5.Highest durability for heavy duty operations such as hard rock mining
6.Longest carcass service life

The values will help to determine the appropriate cover compound for the application or for the materials carries. Reliable assessment of the behavior of the covers in service for wear and cut resistance cannot be determined from tensile strength, and abrasion values alone.
