crosssection heat sink profiles extrusion aluminum tools.
Processing methods commonly used include: turning by NC lathe,
milling by CNC (computer numerical control) machine , grinding by
NC machine, drilling, wire cutting, EDM electrical-discharge
machining.
Application: Our extrusion die is widely used in producing aluminum
profiles, which is used in the food industry, the packaging
industry, construction field and decoration, ships and pressure
vessels, high-speed rail, aviation component products, such as
easy-to-pull tanks , chemical storage containers, partition houses,
mobile rooms, offshore pipelines, aircraft skeleton, window
profiles, door profiles, profiles for curtain wall, the profiles

1. What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine? For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days; middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months. 2. What’s your ordinary shipment method? We can deliver the machine by land, or by ocean.
