XF—20820 food grade unsaturated polyester resin

XF—20820 food grade unsaturated polyester resin features low viscosity, good fiberglass impregnation, finished product with good flexibility, high elongation, could be manufacture food grade filament winding process pipeline inner liner. This resin has passed sanitation and antiepidemic station testing, accord to PRC “food container and packaging material UP resin and FRP products sanitary standard”(GB13115-91), has achieved manufacturing and sanitary license.

4. Notes when use

a. XF—20820 fulled with 55%MEKPO(MEKP) as curing agent, cobalt naphthenate as curing agent, then cured at room temperature, cured products should be stored in room temperature at least 14 days.
b. The surface of contact with food should be purified in 1 hour vapour or fulled with unscented detergent hot water for 2 hour ,drained out, then washed with clear water several times

5.Storage

Stored under 25℃ shelter,flame and heat isolated, 3 month shelf life.
