Proportion: A: B = 100:50 (weight ratio) Available time: 25°C×20 minutes (10kg mixing amount) Curing condition, dry at room
temperature for 24 hours After demoulding, it takes 48 hours to react to complete hardness to achieve grinding hardness. [Medium
hardness: shore D >88] Potting thickness must not exceed 10CM [If it exceeds the limit thickness, the product will be deteriorated
due to heat and high temperature] Because the product will produce heat on the open surface of the mold during the curing process
[glue contact with the air surface] should be arranged in moderation The mixing amount of 402AB glue should not be less than 3KG

Precautions

more glue mixed together, the faster the reaction, the faster the curing speed, and may be accompanied by a large amount of heat,
please pay attention to control the amount of glue once, because the reaction is accelerated, the time of its use It will also be
shortened, and the mixed glue will be used as soon as possible in a short time; 5, the operation process must wear glasses and
other necessary labor insurance supplies, to do their own safety protection.
