The vertical ring die pellet making equipment is a special equipment used for biomass fuel granulation and coarse fiber material granulation. It boasts a well-designed structure, runs stably, and provides a high-forming rate and output. Its main components are the power part, transmission part, granulation part (with mould and pressure wheel as the core elements), automatic lubrication part, and air-cooled dust removal part.
The material is fed vertically, allowing for easy and hassle-free dissipation without arching. The pressure wheel rotates, which centrifuges the material while distributing it evenly; thus, resulting in high forming rates. The mold is fixed, making the equipment operations more stable and allowing for it to be divided in upper and lower layers with two specifications.
Two independent lubrication systems are featured in the transmission and pressing parts. This provides safety and stability for long-term operations. Plus, air-cooled dust removal is also equipped, enabling effective, energy-saving, and environmental-friendly production for extensive periods.
This features the raw materials that can be used, including sawdust, shavings, wood scraps, furniture factory scraps, rice husks, sunflower husks, peanut husks, branches, stems, bark, and other wood scraps. Both crop straws and rubber materials can also be used as well as cement, ash, and other chemical raw materials.
