1. The wire pointing machine produced by our company is used to point the wire for medium wire drawing
machine.This kine of pointing machineis small in configuration,good in performance,and reliable in structure. Thewire pointed is conical,not triangular,and is enabled not to be drawn broken at its gripped portion in time of wiredrawing.
2.lts electric motor is a 1 .5kw motor made by a famous factory "yue-jin" in Shanghai.
3. Wide range of wire pointing.Inlet wire is Q 3.55mm, outlet wire is Q O.66mm.
4. Material of its rolls is 38CrMoAl,subjected to deep nitriding.The rolls are durable in use and are able to withstand
abrasion.
