3 Axes Machining centre, used for the working of bars of aluminium, PVC, UPVC .It has a 6 place (optional one saw blade) tools storage, to perform machining on the 5 sides of the piece. The standard work table allows rotation in three fixed positions at 90° steps. The continuous rotary work table allows you to work at any angle from - 90° to + 90°.
3 Axes Machining centre is multifunction machines able to perform multiple high precision machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping, on unfinished profiles by means of specific tools. By means of a numerical controller the machining centre guarantees the maximum precision while also reducing processing times and production costs.

1. Suitable for drilling, milling, round holes, special-shaped holes, plane engraving and other processing of aluminum alloy profiles;
2. Using the famous Italian brand electric spindle, with high precision, good safety and high reliability;
3. The X axis is driven by high-precision helical gears and helical racks, and the Y-axis and Z-axis are driven by high-precision ball screws, with stable transmission and high precision;
4. The machine adopts the Han's (PA) machine tool numerical control system and the special CAM editing software for 3D modeling display, which can optimize the travel path. It can complete continuous automatic milling of profiles of different specifications and sizes. It has powerful functions. It is convenient and easy to import CAD drawings into the system.
5. The drawer-type 6-position tool magazine ensures uninterrupted continuous processing.
