Aluminium CNC machining center with 5 controlled axis, designed to execute the operations of milling, drilling, threading, cutting, end milling on bars or pieces of aluminum, PVC light alloys.
5 axis machining center is a complete machining solution that is able to cut the pieces to length, using the clamp system independently and move the cut pieces to determined locations within the machine to allow end machining as well as the normal face and side workings. It can be used in numerous applications including, windows-doors and curtain walling, automotive to aerospace, engineering, internal partitions, sign manufacturing, air conditioning and refrigeration. We have installed these machines for a very diverse range of applications including; machining slots, pockets, holes, custom shapes, end slotting , tapping and rigid tapping, drilling and flow drilling.
1. Feartures
1.Adopt Italinan OSAI axis CNC control system with RTCP function,imported servo motor and driver,so can make sure the function of fast position and stable working.
2. The CNC system have file storage unit, can store more than ten
thousands different program files. The operators is convenience to
use them during production The CNC system have the functions of
fault detection,break point recovery, power failure recovery etc.
The control system adopts a modular
structure which facilitates the service and maintenance at the
production site.
3. Adopt advanced CNC control system, the machine can meet various
processing requirements,such as dilling, milling, nigid tapping and
sawing.
4.Five Axis spindle adopts Italy 12KW automatic tool change and
tool aligning function.Realizing multi-faceted and multiangle
process on kinds of aluminium profile. With cutting function can
realize precisely cutting at multfaceted and multi-angle.
5. Tools magazine, disc 12 tools and a saw blade,meeting the
requirement of quick tool changing in different hole positions of
profile processing.
6. It can achieve dual-zone working model,means one zone is
working, at the same time another zone is load/upload parts.
Machine can achieve alternating working.
