total air capacity is 21000m3/h.

Electric damper actuates from the spraying to baking cycle.

Heating system

Riello G20 diesel burner, stainless steel heat exchanger, Max. 

Heating productivity is 200000Kcal/h. The Max. working temperature is 80℃.
