WIN-MECODE Pearlescent Pigment are made with transparent natural mica flakes which are coated with a layer of transparent and high refractive metal oxide film which are of strictly-controlled thickness,making incident light reflect in multilayer and forming the pearlescent luster.
We can OEM packing for 5grams or 10grams small packing set .
