Main Features:
Cleaning Process:
Place the bogie frame onto the cleaning transport trolley → The traction device sends the trolley to the cleaning position → Automatic spray cleaning the bogie frame → Automatic spray rinsing the bogie frame → Compressed air purging after rinsing → The traction device pulls out the cleaning trolley and the operator manually unloads the cleaned bogie frame.
Cleaning and rinsing process: Put the bogie frame to be cleaned on the trolley, the trolley is pulled into the cleaning room by the traction device, and close the automatic door after it is in place. The cantilever spray device and bottom swing spray device in the cleaning room will automatically spray and clean the workpiece. When the spraying time is up, it will automatically switch to the rinsing spray. After the rinsing, it will automatically switch to the compressed air purging to dry the residual cleaning solution on the bogie frame. Finally, the automatic door is opened, and the workpiece will be pulled out of the cleaning room by the traction device and transferred to the next process.

sewage from cleaning work area → return tank → 40 mesh stainless steel plug filter → oil water separator (cleaning) → 80 mesh stainless steel plug filter → water pump → stainless steel pipe → workpiece surface
