Machine structure description:
The wheelset cleaning machine adopts steel brushes for the cleaning work. PLC automatically controls the whole operation. It is mainly composed of:
The machine is a cuboid structure, which is divided into upper, middle and lower layers. The upper layer is mainly equipped with inlet and outlet lift gate, lifting air cylinder, wire rope pulley and air cylinder moving guide rail. The middle layer is mainly equipped with axle body derusting mechanism, derusting mechanism of inner wheel web plate, derusting mechanism of outer wheel web plate, pneumatic valve, automatic oiling pump and four lifting rings. The left and right sides of the machine are respectively equipped with derusting mechanisms of left and right dust guard seats. The bottom layer is equipped with wheelset rotation mechanism and unloading mechanism.
The rust removal steel wire brush of each part of the machine adopts a fixed form of square hole structure. During use, it has the advantages of convenient replacement and no slipping.
