• 1200t/pair(1power & 1 hydraulic idler) safety work load welding rotator using for offshore monopile final assemble line
   
• Suitable for MP dia.3m~8m fit for Euro standards using in EU windmill.  

 
Description:

• Composed by power rotator, idler rotator, electric control system, wireless controller, hydraulic system and so on. 
   
• Power rotator with safety work load 600t, rotation capacity 1200t, bottom installed motorized trolley with travel capacity of 1200t. 
   
• Idler rotator safety work load 600t. there is idle trolley installed at bottom of pedestal.  
   
• Both wheels of idler rotator are liftable driven by hydraulic cylinder, using to lift up MP & adjust its position faciliating MP assembling. 
   
• Control cabinet installed on power rotator moving along with it. 
   
• Hydrualic system installed on idler rotator moving along with idler. 
   
• Wireless controller with effective range no less than 100m.
