According to the requirements of the product, we design the robot that adopts six-axis robot system equipped with arc welder to complete the welding automatically. The robot uses cylinder or clamp and utilize the leverage principle to fix product. This method can meet the requirement for automatic welding and can guarantee that the robot could weld each part of the product. According to the production efficiency requirement, we design two sets of fixtures. One is used for loading the work piece, the other is used for welding.

1. About the test
1) Precision test: We use laser tracking test instrument FARO from USA to test precision of robot, most Chinese robot company have no this
instrument, becasue its cost is very high, nearly 300,000USD, actually robotic welding have high requirement for the accuracy, so this is a
important accuracy test instrument.
2) Noise test: Many robot manufacturer even don't care about the
noise of robot, this is related to the servo motor, gearbox and its
process.
If servo motor, gearbox and process are good, the noise is very
low, on the contrary, have big noise. We tested the noise of each
axis and six-axis linkage, the noise < 75dB.
2. About production equipments.
Good equipments can produce good product. Many our production equipments are import from Euro, Japan and United State, have Switzerland thousand level AgieCharmilles cutting machine, and Swiss grinding machine, the measuring instrument is Germany Zeiss three coordinates.
