of the workers.
As a fixture for welding robots, it must meet certain design
requirements. For example, when the welding robot fixture is
clamped, the surface quality of the weldment should not be damaged.
Especially when clamping the thin part, the clamping force should
be limited or the head stroke limit should be taken, the contact
area of the indenter should be increased, and copper should be
added. , aluminum bushings and other measures to achieve reliable
clamping and proper rigidity.
Not only the surface quality, but also the positioning position and
geometry of the welding can not be affected by the fixture of the
welding robot. After the clamping, neither the loosening of the
weldment nor the restraint of the weldment is produced big stress,
this is the most basic.
Secondly, the point of application of the welding robot fixture
should be located at the support of the weldment or close to the
support, and the support reaction force and the clamping force, the
support reaction force and the gravity should be prevented from
forming a couple. In order to facilitate the control, the structure
of the positioner and the clamping mechanism should not be too much
on the same fixture, and only one power source should be selected
as much as possible.
Because it is used in conjunction with a welding robot, it should
be quick and easy to operate, and the operating position should be
in a location that is easily accessible and easy to operate. When
the clamp is in the clamped state, it should be self-locking; at
the same time, there must be sufficient assembly and welding space,
and all the positioning components and clamping mechanism should be
kept at an appropriate distance from the weld bead.
