Silicon nitride ceramics have excellent comprehensive performance:
1. Very strong corrosion resistance, in addition to concentrated HF, it can be used in other strong acids and alkalis.
2. High temperature resistance, when it can withstand 1200℃ in an oxidizing atmosphere, it can withstand a maximum of 1500℃ in a reducing atmosphere.
3. Non-magnetic, electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, can be used for insulating materials.

This product has been widely used in polysilicon reduction furnaces, military manufacturing, aviation, and power.

 

1. High temperature resistance. At 1200 ℃, the strength and hardness are almost unchanged. It can be used in a high temperature environment. It will not melt under high temperature and will not decompose until 1900 ℃.
2. Non-magnetic, electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, can be used for insulating materials
3. Low density (3.26G/CM3), light weight, higher strength and hardness than general ceramic materials, can be used as wear-resistant materials.
