1.2 Introduction of molding process:

First, the strip steel coil is hoisted to the supporting roller of the upper coil by a crane, and the steel coil is clamped and lifted by the left and right taper heads, and the steel coil can be accurately moved to the center of the required delivery line through the operation button, and then the shovel is operated tightly For the steel coil, the motor is started to rotate the steel coil, and the strip head is opened with the cooperation of the shovel, and the strip head is initially straightened and sent to the pinch leveling machine. After the lead enters the pinch roller, the pinch roller is pressed down and the strip is fed forward. The strip is leveled by the leveling roller, and the strip continues to move forward. The head and the tail of the plate are cut by hydraulic shears, and the strip is automatically buried. The arc welding realizes the connection of the front and rear steel coils. The two sides of the strip are milled and welded through the milling machine, and the vertical roll ensures that the strip is on the delivery center line. After that, the strip enters the delivery machine, which is the total power source of the screw welding unit, which is used to generate forming force and overcome various resistances, such as uncoiling resistance, leveling resistance, forming resistance, etc., to feed the strip into the former. The 1#, 2#, 3# forming rollers of the former force the steel plate to deform to form a steel pipe, and the 4#, 5#, 6#, 7# forming rollers force the diameter of the preliminarily formed steel pipe to produce a spiral pipe that meets the size specifications. While forming, the two edges that contact each other, that is, the gap created by the spiral tube, are welded from the inner wall and the outer wall by a Lincoln submerged arc welder to form a spiral welded pipe. An automatic sizing and steel pipe cutting device is installed on the rear axle. , During the production process, the steel pipe is cut and pulled out according to the required length to ensure the continuous production of the unit.
