Introduction

Advantages of buried papermaking wastewater treatment equipment

1. Can be buried underground, the surface of the equipment can be used as green or other land, do not need to build houses and heating, insulation. You can put it on the ground if you want.

2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push-flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than that of mixed or two-stage series mixed biological contact oxidation pool. Compared with the activated sludge tank, the volume is small, the water quality adaptability is strong, the impact load resistance is good, the effluent water quality is stable, will not produce sludge bulking. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area, which makes it easy for microorganisms to hang film and remove film. Under the same organic load conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is high, and the solubility of oxygen in the air in water can be improved.

3. Biochemical tank adopts biological contact oxidation method, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganism is in its own oxidation stage break, less mud production, only three months (90 days) more than a mud discharge (with manure truck suction or dehydration into mud cake for external transport).

4. The deodorization method of the integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts conventional air exhaust, and is equipped with soil deodorization measures.

5. The whole equipment processing system is equipped with automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, reliable operation, usually do not need special management, only timely maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.

6. All the pipes of the equipment are made of PVC pipe or stainless steel pipe, and the connection between the pipes is bonded with PVC binder or welded with stainless steel.
