General introduction

(XGTD5)-(12/24)40.5 series indoor gas-insulated metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter called "C-GIS panel") is a switchgear which uses a spring-operated vacuum circuit breaker, electrically operated three station isolation / grounding switch, transformer, lightning arrester as the main components, and completely seals all HV conductors in the metal-clad enclosure with SF6 gas as the insulating medium.

The product has features of flexible combinations, great safety, complete interlocking logic as well as extendibility, miniaturization and free for maintenance. So that it was commonly used in infrastructure construction for power station, power substation, movable transformer pack, rail traffic, buildings that have the 35kV or below nominal voltage. Especially for some sever environment like high altitude, heavy pollution and high humidity.

The product quality assurance is based on researching, developing designing and producing required by quality system and continues to improve. So it is completely complying with the newest version or revised version of following standard, but not limited to them.

Service conditions

a. Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃the daily average value shall not exceed 35 ℃

b. Altitude: Not more than 5000m above the sea level

c. Relative humidity: Daily average is not more than 95%,

Monthly average is not more than 90％

d. Seismic grade: the seismic intensity shall not exceed grade 8

e. Inductive electromagnetic interference value of secondary system: not more than 1.6KV

Note: if the service environment exceeds the above conditions, please consult with our company

we undertake product warrant as follows:

1. Design and manufacture strictly in accordance with contract, biding technical requirement, and national or industrial standards.
2. The main components in the equipment should be of superior quality, and supplied by Domestic lead subcontractor.
3. Provide spare parts and relevant technical information as stipulated in the technical standard of contractual goods.
4. Products are to be strictly tested according to national and industrial standards, to provide Domestic lead products that meets customers’ requirement.
5. Provide specific, professional product knowledge and operation train for customers.
6. In case that products or components are damaged during transportation, installation and test, we will undertake the responsibility of sending after-sale personnel for reparation; to ensure the products meet customer’s requirements.
7. Upon delivery, should there be any shortage in spare parts, we would be responsible for the supplement.
8. Should products encounter quality problems during installation and operation, we would give timely reply within one hour after receiving the user’s information , after-sale personnel would be dispatched and be on site within 24 hours, the personnel would not leave site unless problems are solved.
9. All products manufactured by our company are under warranty. In the quality guarantee period (according to the biding file or twelve months after the product released our factory), any damages caused by quality issues, we would be responsible for free reparation and maintenance.

In case that reparation and maintenance is required beyond the quality guarantee period, services would be provided of a minimal charges basis.
