The 220KV transformer adopted the full folding plate tank structure of 110KV transformer, making its structure more rational, easier for site installation and inspection. Combining our many years of design and manufacture experiences, the reliability and performance of the product have reached international advanced level.

The series covers two-winding and three-winding off-circuit tap changing power transformer, on-load tap changing transformer and tap-changing auto transformer. Main features as follows:
1. Technology Features of Electrical 220kV Two-winding On-load-changing Oil Transformer for Industries
2.1 Transformer oil tank sealed structure adopted Tianan typical design, with strict control of sealing material and the compression coefficient of the sealing rings, a formal leakage test would be carried out after the completion of assembly process, so as to ensure the tank is leakage-free.
2.2 Use advanced kerosene vapor drying equipment to thoroughly dry the transformer, and the oil- pumping is carried out under complete vacuum condition, to ensure the insulation of insulators and oil, therefore greatly improved the safety and reliability of the product.
2.3 Also, the product has the features of low loss, low partial discharge and high strength.
