DFT9-12(F)/400-20 Outdoor AC HV Cable Branch Equipment is applied
to main and secondary distribution networks and connects with
distribution point of customers’ terminals directly. The cable
branch equipment is safely in use, weather protected, easy
installation, less maintenance and small volume. DFT9-12(F)/400-20
Outdoor AC HV Cable Branch Equipment is customized for city
overhead line income grounding engineering.
An inflatable RMU is built in the branch equipment. RMU has
diversified schemes formed by many ways load switches which are
sealed in the same gas chamber. Cable connects to plug-in incoming
and outgoing line. The volume of branch equipment is much less than
cable branch box with the same function, and has maintenance-free
and flood protection function, it is the best choice for city
distribution.

3. Feature And Application of DFT9-12(F)/400-20 Outdoor AC HV Cable Branch Equipment
a. Cable branch equipment is composed of switchgear room, operating
mechanism room and cable room, the enclosure of cable switchgear
room shall be welded with stainless steel plate.
b. Switchgear room is composed of load switch sealed in the metal
clad and busbar among the circuits. The enclosure of cable branch
equipment and switchgear room shall be welded with 3mm stainless
steel plate. Load switch uses magnetic vortices to extinguish arc.
c. Operating mechanism is located on top of cable branch equipment,
it is horizontal disposition. Operating mechanism is spring
mechanism.
d. Cable room is located on the front of cable branch equipment,
and circuits adopt touch cable-to-cable connector.
