Service conditions

a. Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃the daily average value shall not exceed 35 ℃

b. Altitude: Not more than 5000m above the sea level

c. Relative humidity: Daily average is not more than 95%,

Monthly average is not more than 90％

d. Seismic grade: the seismic intensity shall not exceed grade 8

e. Inductive electromagnetic interference value of secondary system: not more than 1.6KV

The characteristic of structure

Whole switchgear

C-GIS applies to all 3-35 kV single or double bus power system, according to the function, it can be divided into input cable panel, output cable panel, bus connection panel, PT panel and measuring panel. It also has flexible combination configurations a according to user requirements of primary main wiring. Side expanding or top expanding bus connection will be adopted between panels. Input and output cable can use 2 #, 3 # cone socket inside or outside the cone sleeve connection. Insulation parts are standard, with high expansibility and compatibility. High voltage components such as transformer, lightning arrester have diversified installation types, which can greatly satisfy the requirement of users.

Hoisting, transportation, acceptance and storage

a) Hoisting: see the following diagram;

b) Transportation: the products can be packaged and shipped after passing the factory inspection. During packaging, the products are fixed on the bottom bracket with bolts. During transportation, they are only allowed to be placed vertically, and shall not be inverted, tilted or rolled;

c) Acceptance: check and accept the whole panel and accessories according to the product packing list;

d) Storage: before final installation, the products shall be stored in the dry warehouse in the original packaging. If they cannot be stored in the warehouse, moisture-proof treatment shall be carried out.

Installation and splicing

The installation foundation construction of C-GIS switchgear shall comply with the relevant provisions in the DL/T5190 technical code for construction and acceptance of electric power construction, and shall be constructed according to the appearance and installation foundation dimensions of the switchgear. The installation foundation drawing and installation splicing diagram of the switchgear are shown below. (Note: If the secondary cables enter the panel from the top, it can be free from equipping the secondary cable hole and cable channel.
