With the development of industrial and agricultural production,
three-phase motors have been widely used, and various protective
measures for motors have been adopted in the electrical control
circuits of production machines. Because over-current protection,
short-circuit protection, under-voltage protection, overload
protection and zero-voltage protection are easily controlled, in
many cases of phase failure, three-phase motors run at low speed
and the stator current is very large, which can easily cause the
motor to burn down. Serious loss. Therefore, more and more
attention has been paid to the research on the "phase protection"
of the three-phase motor.
From the current point of view, currently used three-phase motor
phase failure protection device, the majority of users will not
match, calculation and debugging, very inconvenient, and there is
no memory after the phase, can not be used with the knife, use The
range is limited; from the wiring point of view, for a Y-connected
motor, when the phase is off, there is no current in the phase, and
if there is a phase current in the other two phases higher than the
rated current, the phase protector will be cut off. The power
supply stops the motor and thus protects the phase failure. The
situation in the △-type connection is not the same. In the case of
the protector protection, the motor is still burned and the purpose
of phase-failure protection cannot be achieved. Therefore, for the
Y-connected motor, the current type and thermal effect type are
used for phase protection, and the delta-connected motor phase
protection is based on the voltage type for phase protection.
Voltage phase motor phase protector can be used in phase-off
protection in Y-type and delta-connected motors. It overcomes the
limitations of thermal effect type and current type in motor phase
failure protection, and has low voltage and over voltage.
