Q9. How to control the quality?
We always concentrate on quality control to ensure excellent
quality. Each piano should be checked four times by different QC.
1st after back frame is completed. 2nd after piano shell painted.
3rd after piano assembled. 4th final complete inspection before
packing.
Q10. WARRANTY
All our pianos have one year warranty, ten years guarantee for
quality.
If some parts broken in the future, we'll solve the problem according to the situation and ship the parts to our clients.
So far we have not recieved any complains from our clients in the world.

China. . With 20 years' experience in piano manufacturing and 20
years' experience in piano exporting, we build pianos for global
market and offer OEM & ODM service for piano companies

There are nine modern production lines at the piano factory. The
total factory area is 3800 sqm with 120 skilled workers and 15
professional quality control technicians. In 2010, the factory
built two automated production lines to make skeleton parts. Core
parts like bridge cutting and tuning pin drilling are finished by
CNC machines. Enhancing both quality and productivity and enabling
us to reach a combined capacity of over 4350 grand and upright
