GH2036 high temperature alloy steel is a kind of solid solution reinforced alloy steel with excellent high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance. Its maximum use temperature can reach 700℃, with high lasting strength, tensile strength and yield strength. In addition, GH2036 high temperature alloy steel also has good plasticity and toughness, as well as good cold and hot processing properties and welding properties.

The chemical composition of GH2036 high temperature alloy steel mainly includes iron, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, cobalt and other elements. Among them, iron is the main constituent element, with a content of more than 70%. Chromium can improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of alloy steel, and nickel can enhance the strength and toughness of alloy steel. Molybdenum element can further enhance the strength and corrosion resistance of alloy steel, and improve the creep resistance of alloy steel. Manufacturing process:


The manufacturing process of GH2036 high temperature alloy steel mainly includes smelting, casting, forging, heat treatment and other links. First of all, vacuum induction furnace or electroslag furnace is used for smelting to ensure that the chemical composition of alloy steel meets the requirements. Secondly, the billet is formed by continuous casting process. Next, the billet is forged and rolled to make its shape and size meet the requirements. Finally, the finished product is heat treated, including solution treatment and aging treatment, to further improve its mechanical and physical properties.
