Structural composition
The HVM series ultra-fine vertical grinding machine is mainly
composed of an electric motor, a reducer, a grinding wheel device,
a grinding disc device, a pressure device, a powder selection
machine, a feeding device, an oil station, a main engine, an
electrical control system, and other parts.
1. Grinding wheel device: The main component of rolling materials,
without power output, operates passively due to friction in contact
with the material.
2. Grinding disc device: The grinding area of the material,
connected to a reducer, rotates on its own.
3. Pressure device: Control the gap between the grinding wheel and
the grinding disc to ensure the pressure of the grinding wheel
during the grinding process.
4. Powder selection machine: With a multi head powder selection
structure, it utilizes the principle of rotating centrifugal force
to achieve fine powder screening and filtration in continuous
production. It is an efficient and energy-saving powder selection
device.
Vertical Mill operational principle
The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a
reducer, and at the same time, the airflow produced by the
high-pressure fan enters the main machine from the air outlet. The
material is fed into the vertical mill main machine by a feeding
screw and falls into the center of the grinding disc. Under the
action of the centrifuge, the material disperses from the center of
the grinding disc to the surrounding areas. When passing through
the roller passage area on the grinding disc, it is subjected to
roller pressure, and large pieces of material are directly crushed.
Small particles are then subjected to particle grinding after being
compressed, which further crushes the material, Until it turns into
powder. The powdered material continues to move towards the edge of
the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at
the air inlet. When the material in the airflow passes through the
upper powder selection machine, under the centrifugal force
generated by the high-speed rotating impeller, the coarse particles
re fall into the grinding disc. Qualified powder is collected by
the dust collector after passing through the powder selection
system with the airflow, which is the finished product.
