Taiwan original milling head vertical milling machine
1. The ram movement accuracy is guaranteed, and it can be rotated by turntable to do special processing on both sides. Processing speed and tool requirements: Milling head speed 1860 rpm, with single-blade flying tool with 80mm diameter.
2. HT-250 resin sand is used for the body casting material and other large parts, and the table is HT-300 resin sand. The surface hardness of the Joint milling machine worktable and guide surface should be increased from HRC-45 to 48 degree.
3. The wall thickness of machine is 12mm.
