Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer Features:

The automatic production line for fuel tanker semi trailer manufacturing has developed advanced manufacturing
processes like steel plate blanking, sheet milling, plate docking, reeling, reshaping, assembly, welding, forming
and other processing steps. Automated manufacturing equipment will take care of each process.

Fuel tanker semi trailer accessories include Euro standard manhole cover, API adaptor valve, gravity drop coupler,
dust cap, bottom valve, vapor vent valve, vapor adaptor valve, vapor recovery joint, optic sensor, optic socket,
optic sensor tester, fuel predictor.

Thanks to industrial automation technology, there are many advanced manufacturing equipments in the tanker
manufacturing process, such as CNC cutting machine, CNC milling machine, transporting and turning machine,
large jigsaw, CNC rolling machine, large expansion machine, template-less hemming machine, profile tank ring
seam plasma arc welding machine and other equipment, as well as roller transmission system, welding power
source, workpiece displacement machine, conveying machine, which all realized digital control.
