1. Q: How do you ship the machine?
A: it depends on client's request. We have many ways of shipping, such as container, bulk

cargo ship, flat rack and ro-ro for your conference.

2. Q: How can I be sure that the machine is of good condition?
A: We will take the video while the machine is working, which is better for our customers to

check the machines in a dynamic way.

3. Q: How fast can you ship the machine?
A: it needs 5 working days after receiving the deposit.

4. Q: What's your payment ?
A: Our payment is 30%deposit,40%before loading and 30% after receiving the copy of B/L
