Q1 Will it allow to extend screens to both vga and hdmi ports at the same time? I mean, will i be able to show different things on every monitor?

A   This type c adapter allows you to connect 2 monitors at the same time so that you could extend the screen to the two displays, but both of monitor would show the same thing.
